What BookyAwards is

BookyAwards is an AI-judged book awards programme operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. Authors submit their published books for evaluation; our AI judges award category-specific *Bookys* based on a published rubric.

Eligibility

You must own the work you submit, or be authorised by the rights-holder to enter it. Submitted books must be commercially published with a verifiable ASIN or ISBN.

The honest-screen refund

If our screening pass cannot identify any axis at our award threshold, we issue a full refund of your screening fee within 5 business days. Once full judging begins (i.e. the screen passed), submission fees are non-refundable.

One Booky per book

A given book may only win one Booky in its lifetime. You may submit different books separately.

AI disclosure

Our judging is performed by named AI models. We never present the judging as human-only. Any press release, certificate, or badge we generate may be used by the author with the disclosure "AI-evaluated by the BookyAwards judging panel."

Manuscript privacy

We accept the first three chapters of your work for evaluation. We store these encrypted at rest, use them only for the judging process, and delete them within 90 days unless you opt in to retention. We never train models on your manuscript.

Use of the Booky badge

Winners may use the Booky badge and category title on their book cover, website, marketing materials, and retail listings. The badge may not be modified, recoloured, or used by anyone other than the winning author for the winning book.

Limitation of liability

Awards are informational; they do not constitute a guarantee of commercial success. BookyAwards is not liable for any decision made or action taken on the basis of an award outcome.
